Orro Interiors carried out the complete renovation and interior upgrade of the Spa at Address Hotel, located in Dubai Mall. The project involved transforming an existing operational wellness facility into a refreshed, high-end spa environment while maintaining strict control over quality, sequencing, and disruption management.

As a Spa Fitout contractor in Dubai, the scope included civil refurbishment works, MEP modifications, interior finishing upgrades, and detailed joinery enhancements, all executed within a live hotel environment.

Working in an operational luxury hospitality setting required phased execution, careful noise and access control, and close coordination with hotel management to ensure guest experience was not affected during construction activities.

Design Approach :

The renovation focused on elevating the existing spa into a more refined, calm, and contemporary wellness environment. The design direction enhances relaxation through soft material palettes, controlled lighting, and improved spatial flow.

The approach prioritizes subtle luxury, creating a quiet and immersive atmosphere that aligns with the premium standards of the Address brand while improving functionality for both guests and staff.
