We are delivered the complete design and build fit-out for the KidZania Party Hall located in Dubai Mall. Acting as the full design & build contractor, our team managed the project from concept development through to final execution, including civil works, MEP installations, joinery, and interior finishing.

Working within a live entertainment destination required strict coordination with mall operations, controlled execution phases, and detailed planning to ensure smooth delivery without impacting ongoing KidZania activities. Every stage was handled under full contractor responsibility, from technical coordination to on-site execution and final handover.

Design Approach :

The design focuses on creating a vibrant and flexible celebration space for children’s events, combining playful visual elements with durable, high-performance materials. The environment is designed to feel energetic and engaging while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

As a design and build project, the concept was directly translated into execution without disconnect between design intent and site delivery, ensuring accuracy, speed, and build practicality.
